Terms of Service

  • General updates for better clarity and alignment with our services.

Subscription Terms of Service

  • New Plans: Launch, Accelerate, Partner Artist.

  • All existing subscribers are automatically upgraded to the Accelerate plan (full access to all features).

  • No price change for existing subscribers.

Distribution Agreement

  • No more commission โ€“ artists keep 100% of royalties.

  • 3-month grace period before takedown if the subscription ends, with an option to extend.

  • Accelerate plan users can distribute up to 3 artists per account.


FAQs

Do I need to do anything to keep my current subscription?

Nope! If youโ€™re already subscribed, your account has been automatically upgraded to the Accelerate plan, and your price stays the same. No action is required.

Does this affect my royalty payments?

Yes, in a good way! Weโ€™ve removed the 10% commission, meaning you now keep 100% of all royalties generated from your distributed music.

What happens if I cancel my subscription after distributing music?

You have a 3-month grace period after cancellation, during which your music stays live in stores. If you donโ€™t resubscribe within 3 months, weโ€™ll issue a takedown. You can also extend the availability of your releases with a one-time $24.99 fee before takedown.

Can I distribute more than one artist on my account?

If youโ€™re on the Accelerate plan, you can now distribute up to 3 artists per account.

Is the pricing changing for existing subscribers?

Nope! If you already have a subscription, your price stays exactly the same.
