How do I start a free trial?

To start your 7-day free trial, navigate to Family in Music (app.familyinmusic.com) and click on "Start a 7-day free trial." Use your email to create an account and set a password or sign up using your Google credentials. No credit card is required.

What is included in the Family in Music free trial?

The free trial gives you access to most of the paid features available in the Subscription plan. Please note that specific parameters apply during the trial period for features such as Distribution and Royalty Advances (Subscription and ID verification and required for these features).

What happens at the end of my free trial?

After your trial period, if you don't choose to upgrade, your account will be automatically downgraded to a limited plan. As a result, you will lose access to all subscription features and content, including Distribution, Knowhow, Royalty Advances, and more. You can upgrade at any time and pick up your journey right where you left off.

Will I get charged after my trial?

No. No card info is required to start your free trial.

Can I distribute music during my free trial?

No, please note that Artist ID verification is a mandatory step for using our distribution service due to security reasons. You can get ID verified for free by subscribing to Family in Music. ID verification ensures that artists are recognized as genuine creators and safeguards their rights from the very beginning.

How much does Family in Music cost after the trial period?

We offer flexible payment options to suit your needs. You can opt for monthly payments at €5.99, quarterly payments at €14.99 every three months, or a yearly subscription for €49.99. We also support various currencies, including EUR, USD, and GBP, depending on your region.

Do I need to provide my credit card or other billing information to start my trial?

No. Family in Music doesn’t collect any billing information during the trial period.

My trial is about to end, what are my options for next steps?

You can subscribe to unlock the full set of features available in the subscription plan. If you choose not to upgrade and your trial expires, your account will automatically downgrade to a limited plan.
