How to Create an Action Plan

In this article, we go through the steps of creating a new Action Plan.

Action Plans is built to give you guidance for every stage of your career. You can choose from our templates, or create your own from scratch. Start by navigating to the Action Plans feature (YOUR GROWTH > Action Plans).

  1. If you haven't created any Action Plan yet, you'll see the template library by default. Once you have created Action Plans, open the library by clicking on 'Create New'.

  2. Choose an Action Plan that aligns with your current goals and click on 'Create Now'.

  3. Set up your Action Plan by adding a project name and a key date. This will be used to generate recommended due dates for your tasks.

  4. At the bottom of the window, you'll see a preview of the tasks to give you an idea of what to expect. When you're ready, click 'Create'.

You'll now see your next steps, due dates, and additional information on each task to help you execute. To get the most out of Action Plans, check out the tools and the content attached to each task. This content will give you more context into what needs to be done and it's a great way to learn and make sure you've got your base covered.
