What to do if your release is incorrectly mapped on a store?
From time to time, stores can have difficulty matching releases to the correct artist profile. This could come to pass when artists share similar or the same names, and DSPs may sometimes automatically place content under the wrong artist profile. If your music appears on the wrong artist profile on any store or streaming platform please submit a request and our Support Team will sort it out for you as soon as possible.
Have the following information on hand when submitting the form:
- Your artist profile name
- A link to your artist profile page (URL) in the store you need the mapping correction
- A link to the incorrect artist profile where your music is at now
- UPC & ISRC code(s)
